Why are MOCs against repairing the Nation for approx. 2 Trillion USD?

Some cans have already met their down the road life. It's about double the benefit of corporate tax cuts, but the majority of Americans benefit, and it needs to be done. I've read that 1T is a closer figure, so cut out the delta (pork), create jobs and show progress as a World leader should. Did any of the "wars" generate other than corporate revenue? Has Amazon built you a bridge lately? Just asking.
