My first look for the SFC board was the NOV-JAN 25 and my TIG is 3 yrs 4 months. I sent an email to confirm my eligibility and completed MBF 2.0. I do not have the tab on ACT for OML. Does this mean I wasn't selected? Or I wasn't given a number since I technically won't be eligible for promotion until 01 Jan 2026.

Regardless of the results of the board, if you were evaluated by it then you would be able to see the OML in ACT (https://actnow.army.mil/) and IPPS-A (both should be available starting today - 21 MAY 25).
Are you absolute sure you were considered by the board (your DOR to SSG was 15 JAN 22 or earlier)? If so, then you name would be on the FQ/MQ list or, if the board evaluated you as Not Fully Qualified (NFQ), you would have been notified already in multiple ways (i.e., via leadership of the board results, via notification(s) that you had a HQDA Bar placed on your file, notification(s) of a possible QMP referral, etc.).
HRC posts all the information you would want to dive down into on their website*.
Specifically, the results of the FY25 RA SSG evaluation board will show those RA/USAR AGR/IMA SSGs who were evaluated as Fully Qualified/Most Qualified for promotion.
