Why do we have to wait 365 days for a decision to be made on our appeals?

I was denied disability 3 times when I got out in 2015. I was in perfect health when I joined at 26 in 2009. As a result of the Illnesses and injuries incurred during my military service I had to change careers. Fast forward to February 2020 when I finally got 50% disability for my flat feet. However, my appeal for severe asthma, chronic sinusitis, allergy rhinitis, now 4 nasal polyp surgeries, are on appeal waiting to be sent to a Judge since December 2019.

CPL Katrinia,
Do not listen to all the hog-wash people say, as far as your case is concern; remember everyone has an opinion, it's just like the saying goes, everyone has an ass :-). Only you and you alone knows your full story, outsiders don't, some will hate on you and others will prey for you. Only God knows what he's going to give you, because it's for you and no one can take it away. I wish you well in your
journey. Remember only God has a plan for you that can not be broken no matter what the
nay-sayers continue to bark-out :-). Good Luck!!

SGT Hamilton,
My apologies that I took so long to reply. You're absolutely right. I regret wasting time and characters talking to people with no character. All good. I know what's coming to me. I appreciate your response. Stay safe!

You will likely continue to be denied these claims as there is absolutely 0% chance that the VA is going to say that your Asthma, Sinusitis, Rhinitis, or nasal polyps are in any way definitively service connected. In all honesty, you will likely have your disability reduced if not stopped for your flat feet, especially if you enlisted with flat feet.

And I'm telling you that all of my disabilities were service-connected. This has been proved and I will be rated as I stated in my previous post. Thanks for your comment.

Ok, I’m not going to continue to entertain this discussion. Good luck with your 15 appeals. When every one of them gets denied, just remember, I told you so.CPL (Join to see)
