So it would cause discourse in the streets and massive protesting in an attempt to influence the Justices. Not gonna happen though.

I agree and feel this is more about the court itself than the matter at hand. The fact that an opinion on a hot button issue was leaked is telling as this sort of leak is rather unprecedented.
Hopefully it will remain peaceful but I fear other interests will be looking for opportunities to still up dissent and mayhem.

The "leaker" got himself in a helluva mess. If he had done it openly, I expect the Left would have hailed him as a hero. Now, if (or when) he is discovered, he is less a hero, and more a sneak who violated a cherished tradition of the Court for the sake of a personal political goal.
It was reported that the document was a draft of the majority opinion of the Court. In that case, I assume the final vote was taken, Roe v. Wade was struck down, and it was "all over but the shoutin". This leak was an early start to that "shoutin".

No whoever did it will be applauded - and not sure why you just assume a "he" did it...interesting.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - I don't doubt that he will be "applauded" by those who share a similarly radical pro-abortion stance.
I was taught that reference to an unidentified member of a group containing mixed genders is a proper use of male pronouns, e.g. "he". I will not use "they", "he/she", or any other sort of neologism.
