Why does my ERB show that my military education block is empty when I completed my SSD2 in April of 2018 and completed ALC IN December 2018?

So as you know promotion points just came out. So I go and check them. I check the points I made points. I then checked the by name list, my name wasn't there. Checked my ERB and (military education block empty) now I completed my SSD2 in April of 2018 and completed ALC IN December 2018. How come the box is empty? I thought it auto populates SSD2 and completed ALC? Can I do anything to get this fixed? Or do I just update it through S-1 and wait for next month?

S1 cannot update your SRB for ALC or SSD2. The school has the responsibility of graduating you in the system within ATRRS and sending your 1059 to HRC, so your start point is the location where you attended ALC. As far as your SSD2, there is a phone number and/or email address in which you can contact them to inquire about the information not showing as complete on your SRB. Now your S1 can contact the promotion branch and explain the situation to find out what can be done. I hope this helps. Good luck to you...
