Why does my FECREC status show 0 days in queue, even thought it's been at the current level for a few weeks?

So I'm checking my FEDREC status on a weekly basis via the ARNG G1 site, but the status never seems to update. It still shows "0" days in queue ever thought it's been at the current level for a few weeks. Has anyone else had this issue?

The days generally don't update until it moves to the next level, then the real previous total appears.
