Why does the Army Times act like the MSM (main stream media) and only uses Facebook or Google to be able to post comments about the articles?

The "Times" IS MSM and should not be held to any other standard. You need to dig a bit deeper to get "real" news, IMO.

What the Army Times needs to do is not take sides what so ever. They have drunk the Kool-Aid big time as have the news outlets print and media.

SPC Edward Robinson - The "Times" as a whole should do this instead of parroting the thoughts and opinions of MSM. In the earlier iterations back in the day they told the Service Persons side of the issues at hand and now have sold out their soul to the corporate machine. Again, IMO...

Hadn't noticed this but I suppose the only real answer would have to come from The Army Times. Jump onto FB and ask them... I try hard to get news from a variety of sources, Which includes the LSM (Lame Stream Media) and various selections on the net...

I refuse to use facebook or google for anything. I do get my news from overseas in Europe, also on other sites on the internet which are not main stream media.

Army Times is owned by the Gannet Group which owns the liberal rag, USA Today. The wolves have been given the keys to the chicken coop.
