Why is it that being station in South Korea tend to cause many Service Members carreers to end, Why are fresh out of AIT soldiers here?

Under age drinking?
Demotic violence?
EO/SHARP Problems?
DUI?
CURFEW?
barracks policy?
ETC..... I think living here in Korea is even to much stressful for some of the seniors, What your opinion? Why do it seem like here is the only place where the option are; 1 out of 100 gain a extra rank, 40 out of 100 get kick out before seeing 2 years active duty, Leaders living in barracks with lower ranking but will get in trouble if caught hanging with lower enlisted. Why do we have so many disrespectful soldiers?
