Why would I be taken off of the PPRL for promotion?

If I have completed all the necessary requirements for promotion and I am green on everything what would cause me to be taken off of the PPRL for promotion. BLC was completed and I have followed the guidelines to a T.

SGT (Join to see) - been on the PPRL for 7 months....GREEN across the board.....all training requirements completed....but removed from the PPRL? Either there is a FLAG in your jacket somewhere or someone messed up. You best get on the horn with HRC post haste.

SGT (Join to see) that's really odd. Get with your BN S1 NCO. See if your squad leader / Platoon sergeant can take you if co-located or get an email trail started.

Talk with you S1, they can look into it and see if it’s an error or not. Couple other common issues are:
You have up to two years on the PPRL, after that you fall off it. This would mean you simply submit a new promotion packet and it gets you back on.
Can be a miscoding and something is labeled as flagged erroneously - happened to me before.
