Congress talks about it every year and every year for the last 10 it is just a COLA same as Social Security. Do you think one will ever come as a Life Comfort increase or of any kind. Any ideas how we could get one?

The problem with Congress is they talk a lot and do very little.

This is going to depend on our next Commander in Chief. Clinton would probably keep the status quo. I believe that Trump does care for our Veterans, he makes it one of his main talking points. Will he deliver? That remans to be seen. It's just with Clinton, I don't feel very optimistic.
