My unit is currently conducting EIB, and I was wondering if it is something the Warrant board looks at and how much it would impact having it vs. Not.

Your EIB will not help you land a warrant officer slot. Your NCOERs, flight test score, and APFT prowess will though.

It's not going to count for much, but it'll be a nice little last Infantry thing for you if you earn one.
