My unit is currently conducting EIB, and I was wondering if it is something the Warrant board looks at and how much it would impact having it vs. Not.

It's not going to count for much, but it'll be a nice little last Infantry thing for you if you earn one.

Your EIB will not help you land a warrant officer slot. Your NCOERs, flight test score, and APFT prowess will though.

It will show that you are physically and mentally strong. Aside from that not so much. You should take the challenge either way. Thank you for your service.
