Will I be able to make it in the March 2021 WOFT board?

I just took my sift today and scored a 45 which I know is low. I am trying to to the high school to flight school program or street to seat. What are my chances now that I have that low of a score and I am a civilian. I have hopefully 3 CW5 LoR’s lined up through phone interviews and wrote my congressman. Is there anything else I can do to boost my packet or chances?
