Will I be able to sign up my family for Tricare, DEERS/Dependents, etc. upon my arrival at basic training?

I leave for basic training and AIT in a week, and I have spent the past couple months trying to sign up my family for DEERS, get the CAC Cards, and make sure I am set up before I go.
However, due to Covid-19 I have had a difficult time to ensure that I have established these systems.
Will I be able to enroll, or sign up my family for DEERS, Tricare, etc. upon my arrival at basic training?

This sounds like something that you should ask your recruiter. They are directly in the process that you are going through.

You can't enroll your family in DEERS before you're on active duty. I'm sure that in reception all that will be taken care of. I don't know - I was single no kids when I went to basic. But at reception they handled all the administrative stuff, medical, etc.

You are not eligible prior to your service. Since you are joining the Reserves, you and your family are not eligible for regular Tricare. Please review the enrollment requirements for Reserve Tricare at https://tricare.mil/Plans/HealthPlans/TRS. You can call Tricare anytime and ask more questions about enrollment.
