I am getting a medical Ch 5-17 discharge (not a med board), but I do have service connected injuries. Will I be entitled to 100% of my GI Bill benefits?

No, you will not. If your injuries are service connected you can apply for VA benefits. A 5-17 is not a medical separation, but a regular chapter for medical reasons that don't qualify for a med board. You fall under the normal rules for honorable discharge with a chapter.

If you have service connected disabilities, as rated by VA, you may well also be entitled to Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation.
