I got out of the Navy in 2015, I just joined the Army this year as a 19D.

You'll always be treated like the fng to an extent even more so in combat arms. But the extent usually depends on you and the way you present yourself to your new direct leadership. Good thing is though in my opinion it's mostly up to you.

One advice is to keep your previous enlistment to yourself. Army and Navy are very different animals. If you do your job right and you are always on time, and also don’t call attention to yourself negatively, you will be alright. One last thing, don’t be a pushover, or they will eat you alive.
PS. Stay Hidrate... And remember “I Can Save My Own Life”.

SGT Roberto Mendoza-Diaz I can imagine that the only thing worse than “hey, this time at Basic..” stories, are “hey, I had this Chief in the Navy, and he said we should do it like this...” stories.
