So im in an HHC company with all the Prior Service guys at 30th AG, they're giving us some RFO/leave form because obviously the holidays are coming. I never dealt with taking leave before. Will i have to find my own way home when taking leave during training ? Or will they transport me back ? Btw my hometown is in SC so im not extremely far from Benning

Your responsible for travel from and to and your are responsible for returning in time to be prepared for the next day.

Even in Training if you are pcs in route maybe but training break with leave you pay for your travel Period.

Anytime you take leave you have to pay your own way to and from your leave location. You’re responsible for your own leisure travel, the Army is only responsible for getting to your training and to your duty location, any leave taken is your responsibility.

You're responsible for your own transportation. Sounds like you're close enough that a round trip bus may be your cheapest way vs flying over the holidays. Either way remember you must be back in time for your next scheduled duty day.
