Will I still be able to train in my specialty of neurology if I deploy after finishing medical school?

Like anything else in the army, it’s gonna be within the “needs of the army” but if you’re doing well, I’m sure there is a way to make it happen.

If you’re still training it means that you’re either an intern or a resident. If so, you’re not going to deploy until all your training is finished.
