Im on terminal leave for 70 days and cleared housing. When does Housing stop taking my BAH?

The day you sign off on the paperwork that you cleared housing. Once that occurs, if you are still on terminal leave, you should still receive BAH until your leave expires.

Once you clear quarters and have the paperwork signed off by Housing- the BAH will normally stop when you clear Post- All allowances, pays will be computed at that time- and they will deposit it to your account by a certain date. (Old School)
