Will my bonus come after my original ETS (May 2019) or after my extension is up?

So, I had an extension of 6 months added onto my 6 year contract that was about to be up. I am eligible to re-enlist now and my paperwork is ready to be signed. My question is, since I had an extension, would that mean my bonus won’t come until after my extension is up?
