Will my ERB automatically reflect promotion from E3 to E4 at 24 months, even though I am flagged?

I am an E3 with 35 months TIS and 23 months TIG. I have been flagged for the passed 8 months and will hit my 2 years TIG next month. I saw online it is required for PFC to SPC promotion once you hit 24 months TIG. Even tho I’m flagged and I know I probably won’t be pinned when I hit 24 months, was wondering if it will change in my ERB since it says it is a required promotion, even if I’m flagged. Wondering because financially struggling a bit and want to know if I will be getting the pay raise next month

Thanks for your help guys. I was more so wondering if I’m gonna get the pay bump and not so much the promotion. My old roomate was involved in a CID investigation and because I was his roomate they had to bring me in for questioning about him, making me involved with the case. I am flagged until the case is closed, so there’s nothing I can do but wait. Trust me, if I could do something to make it go away I could but I have no authority to do so. Just gotta play the waiting game. Thanks again everyone!

As SFC Jason Boyd said, no. You cannot be promoted while flagged.
On the financial struggle: All your necessities are provided by the army. I encourage you to not spend any of the money you earn on your E-3 pay. Put 100% of it on any credit cards you might have. Pay off 100% of your debt. Take a couple budgeting classes. When you get out of the army, no one is going to provide for you except you. Learn proper budgeting and living within your means now. Otherwise you're going to be another homeless vet statistic.
