Will my weapons card and joint service transcript populate the points for the 8th if they were submitted today?

My weapons card got submitted to s1 today and it already shows on my ERB, however my points didn’t change does it take time? And will it generate the points by the 7th at least? Also my jst got submitted today because my s1 lost the one I gave them last week, they said today they would put them on my erb, will that be good to go by the 7th? I know with this two things I can come on list for E5 next month. TIA

Per MILPER MESSAGE 21-044, no. Your records needed to be updated in advance so that whatever system data was reflected on the 1st at 0200 EST will be the amount of points you had for the upcoming cut off scores on the 15th.
For instance, since your records take anywhere from 24-48 hours to update and populate on your promotion point worksheet, this means you need to back date 48 hrs from the 1st of the month at 0200 hrs. Assuming we are talking about the June 15th points for the upcoming July promotion month, you needed to have your records updated at the latest the 30th of May.

So why they always talking about the 8th? Points submitted by the 8th

SPC Rodolfo Chavez the 8th was the old cut off before they changed it in april . in actuality, if your points WERE in by june 1st, they wouldnt be elihible for promotion until the jult 15th points for august 1st pin date

Yeah my points didn’t populate on my erb and PPW till yesterday Friday the 4th, so if points stay the same or go down I’ll be looking at name in list July 15th, pin date Aug 1st? SFC (Join to see)

SPC Rodolfo Chavez - If you're promotable, you'll still be eligible for this coming month. The only difference is the amount of points you have. Whatever points you had on the 1st of June is what you'll have for the July cut off scores. And whatever points you have for 1 July is what you'll have for August cut off scores.
Give it a week tops I usually submit stuff to S1 and it will update on PPW and SRB a few days after if it doesn’t talk to them to see what’s up
