I'm currently stationed in Italy and I was just approved for a reclassification to a 68C (13 month AIT). Is it a PCS move for me & my wife?
I've heard over 20 weeks it is, I just don't want to accept and be surprised to find out she has to stay in Italy alone.

It's a PCS move. You'll receive PCS orders to your second phase with TDY enroute to your first phase. Your family won't PCS with you to your first phase. They'll explain your options at your levy brief.

SPC Blomerth; you will be able to PCS your family although you won’t be able to drive that until phase 2. Contact me on outlook with your information, I will look into your situation. I currently work in the 68C schoolhouse.

Phase I is not a PCS move. You will go to San Antonio by yourself. If your pass that phase, then you will PCS together to Phase II
