Will squad leader time as an E5 count as my rated time?

I'm currently an E5 being put into a squad leader position. Will this count as the needed rated time? I will be going to the board at the start of my primary zone this month as well.

When I was in, it was just time in grade. I was an acting sqaud leader as well.
