Will the arrival of Army Cyber HQ to Fort Gordon improve the local area?

Good luck with getting people who current work for Army Cyber to transfer. Augusta isn't what it used to be. They should leave them in the DMV where they are. I don't think it's going to make things much better. I worked for Army CIO-G6 for two years. It's going to make getting things done harder when the leave. On the bright side INSCOM will get most of the building back.
