I doubt it. Even before Manning was convicted, the President was insistent that the prosecution go forward. I think if he were to do anything, it would be clemency, not a pardon, but I doubt he will do that.

Unlikely, this has been one of the most viscous administrations with regard to whistle blowers... not that Chelsea Manning counts as a real whistle blower, just that it would be uncharacteristic of this administration.
