He shouldn't pardon that POS but there's a good chance he will. The chances of him pardoning deserter Sgt Bergdahl are probably higher.

Manning gets all of the box checks for Obama. Traitor, check. Transgender, check. embarrassment to the armed forces, check. Unworthy of a pardon, check. Makes all the sense in the world Obama would pardon him.

I doubt it. Even before Manning was convicted, the President was insistent that the prosecution go forward. I think if he were to do anything, it would be clemency, not a pardon, but I doubt he will do that.

I don't believe he will, but as with every President Barack Obama themed discussion here on the RP he would be the only President capable of this vile act. He would be the only President that would pardon someone that didn't deserve it. Please go to the link below and see all of the persons that didn't deserve a pardon that received one.

So what I have written is not misconstrued, I would not be in support of a pardon for Chelsea Manning, as well as I do not believe that President Obama would do so.
