So I’ve been fighting to get back in I was released on an RE-3 code for a mood disorder in my discharge it said temporarily not eligible to remain in service I’ve been denied 3 times from the waiver board I contacted the VA to see if they could help and gave me a fit for duty mental evaluation and the psychological said I had no sign of ever having a mood disorder of any kind and I didn’t in your opinion do you think me turning in another waiver with the VA psychologist saying I’m fine will help
Me get back in? I won’t stop fighting until the day I get back in I wasn’t ready to be out of the military?

SPC Aaron Kohn - SFC (Join to see) is trying to tell you to use the RP Search box. Type in RE-3 Code. Select answers. There are hundreds of posts just like yours. Summary: ask at least 2 recruiters. If there are two 'no' answers, then the answer is likely no. You could try getting discharge upgraded. Here is the search results. https://www.rallypoint.com/search?keyword=RE-3+code&latitude=&location=&longitude=&search_type=answers&sort_by=

LTC Jason Mackay thank you for that I will search more in-depth. I have been working with a recruiter for about 8 months he thinks he can get it through. And I will try to get my discharge upgrades thank you for typing this out
