Will writing a letter to the E-7 board for having an NCOER that did not capture my school time (SOCM) help improve my packet?

Im guessing here , but SOCM:The Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM) Course is a 36-week program of instruction that teaches eight 87-student classes per year. ???
Yes?
Did your NCOER list non rated time? (it should have) If so and that non rated time is not accounted for with a service school 1059 and bullets in the NCOER to note that, yes a letter to the board might be appropriate .

So I made a poor life choice 2 weeks before I was to graduate. SO no 1059, and no time captured on my NCOER, it was back in 2013. When I got to my duty station my senior didn't feel comfortable capturing that time. Hence my question, do I draw attention to it? Or let it slide, my record since has been scrubbed this is my only issue. Thanks for every ones input, I am drafting a letter. Should I submit it, or hope it doesn't stick out?
