With 11 promotion scrolls stuck at the OSD, is there any hope they will be signed soon? Are we stuck until a new SECDEF is confirmed?

I feel for all of you who are still waiting on this other wise paralyzed system. Is it time for people to write their Congressional Leadership and ask for a more streamlined procedure?

Is that what happened? Mine (U14-18) has been stuck at 67 days for the last.... 45+, and it says it's awaiting the Dir of Mil Pers Mgmt

I’m on the scroll with ya and feel your pain. I wrote my congressman a few weeks ago and his office was actually pretty quick to get in touch with folks from the pentagon. Pentagon COL said U14-18 should be promoted NLT Feb 22. U13-18 just published 2/4/19. We’re next. It’s been a long, broken, crappy process.

CW3 Scotty Patrick - That's great news. I was boarded and approved by the state in June... I guess if I don't see anything my 22 Feb, I'll start writing to my Congressman. Maybe Senator Warren too, since she's supposedly already onboard with fixing the process.
