With regards to a compassionate deletion, how long is the soldier stabilized at current duty station before he eligible for assignment again?

This sounds like a great question for your S1. I can't really find anything and I've only done a compassionate reassignment. Never a compassionate deletion.
It does say in the reg if the issue can be resolved in 120 days to request deferment instead of deletion.

I had a soldier who was going through a similar situation, they delete the assignment, then either place you in the next manning cycle or the one following which results in report dates of anywhere between 6 to 12 months out
