With the Army fielding its new PT test, as a Warrant Officer hopeful, what PT test should I be training for?

I’m starting to train for Army PT standards but with the new PT test rolling out I’m unsure what I should be doing. Should I be training for the regular pushups sit-ups and 2 mile run or the Olympic tryouts the Army has decided to field?

Currently the new test is not expected to be in place until some time PY20, and that's if they get all the potential issues worked out.
Until then, PU/SU/2-mile run. Expect to run quite a bit at WOCS

When do you go to WOCS? It is soon old test. Bugs still being worked out on new test but I would add that to your workout program. I also tucked alot.

I haven’t put in a application yet. I’m debating on waiting until my enlistment is up or just going for it to see if they’ll release from the Air Force.
