With the implementation of "Badges", do you think there will be more activity on the discussion threads?

With the new badge feature, will there be more stimulating conversation or will it become a venue for mindless gibberish that people will use to increase their influence score? Remember the purpose of RP is to broaden your network and seek advice; it's not a "top score" video game. If that's what you want, go crush candy or save pets on facebook.

I don't even look at the silly icons next to someone's name. I judge people on forums more by their message than their "bling."

Agreed. I just don't want a bunch of "trolls" ruining discussions. I can see that happening.
