@SSG Wilson, when I was competing, Army Study Guide was my best friend. Now, with the ADP and ADRP implementation, I recommend the Army DRP Board Study Guide app on Android. Also, I would try to apply things I learned to my daily life. That helped me remember what color socks I could wear in ACUs, how to properly complete a DA Form 2062, the purposes of the many Army programs, and much more. Applying those board questions to daily life helps make you a better Leader and can make many questions easier to remember. There is a study guide for the SAMC board. If you can't find a SAMC member to advise you, I can ask around for you.

I will tell you Audie Murphy is bias board. If they don't like your presence from the start it sets the tone for the whole board. Some who are not members sit on the board. From my experience being Audie Murphy wasn't a deal breaker for promotion.
