Mine is called Gettin Back Outdoors and I am in Missouri. I facilitate hunts ,fishing or any outdoor activity for my "Troops" alone or with their caregiver or family depending on the event. I only do smaller stuff now to be able to focus on the healing properties of getting out and having fun without anxiety or fear. I currently help get soldiers from Ft Leonardwood WTU out on deer hunts if they are cleared to do so. I need help with people willing to take a troop out in a one on one outing, land that could be used for hunting and fishing. No volunteers hunt donated land unless it's their own land etc. equipment donated of all types, sponsorships.

LTC Luton these clubs and other groups like them admit women to hunt and set them up with a female guide or male guide depending on what their preference might be. They also teach firearm safety and how to load and fire handguns, rifles and shotguns. The clubs are run by volunteers such as SSG McNeely and are for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors.

LTC Luton,
While most of their time is spent with those hunters with special needs they do take on first time hunters and if you have never hunted or wish to chaperone other 1st time hunters and improve your own skills they can accommodate you too.

Sounds like a worthy effort. I could help. My job leaves me a reasonable amount of free time, and we have a couple of small lakes in the county for camping. They tell me the hunting is good, but I haven't tried it out yet. Looks like we have a reasonable dove population. Pheasant is slim, but seem to be coming back. Lots of "walk in" land in the county, and I work with the game warden.

If I were you I would go to Fort Leonard Wood volunteer office I know that every class for BOLC and CCC are supposed to do volunteer projects. They may be able to assist you with partnering up with a class.
