When is comes to the the age waiver for flight warrant, do I have to have my packet reviewed by the board before I turn 32 or would I need an age waiver after I turn 32 but beofre I turn 33?

Have you tried to reach out to a regional WO recruiter? They are the SME on the application process.

I've reached out to the regional WO recruiter, but haven't received a reply yet.

Be older than 18, but not more than 32 years at the time of board selection (Active Component (AC), USAR, and ARNG)

My interpretation would be if you are a day older than 32 and not selected yet you need a waiver.

Just do the waiver, it's a check the block requirement. There's a guy here with me who's 43...The waivers are too easy

I was able to get ahold of the flight warrant POC at HRC. They said that I'll only need an age waiver once I turn 33.
