Would I qualify for a reserve retirement if I decided to get out now?

I have 22yrs of service, 15 reserves and last 7 on active duty(still on active duty).

You have 22 years towards a Reserve Retirement. You have 7 years toward an Active Duty retirement (plus any active time you racked up in the Reserves).

If you're the only person in the room doing one thing differently and someone politely points out that's not how we do things in polite society, and your response is - this is how I've always done it, I'm old, I'm going to take my ball and go home - that's not other people being disrespectful, that's you being cantankerous. Thank you, I figured it wouldn’t be until 60, but wasn’t sure about getting a reserve retirement.
