I'm trying really hard to get to 4th CAB's GSAB as a brand new CH47F aviator.  Would this be a bad career decision since I know that they do not have all of their aircraft yet?

I don't think it'd be bad at all. I'm a 60M pilot and I was with 12th CAB in Germany as a 15t. Granted we didn't have any 47s, our pilots got a tremendous amount of flight time, especially for WOs. I think it'd be a good career move. You'll get to fly a lot when they get their acft

We are up on 47Fs. Although this is a professional forum, it's still open source, so I won't go into specifics or details, but you'd be fine as a 47 guy.
