Would you buy coffee for someone who insulted you?

No I wouldn't, but in regards to this story it never really happened. How did the media get word of this story? Did the “victim” report it? The story said none of the employees remember this incident. A receipt would indicate who served this woman. If the woman was served first, how did she know exactly what they were going to order? I call BS on this whole thing.

Kill them with kindness! ;). Good way to handle folks like the two ladies.
