Fitness and weight standards. Warriors need to be in tip top shape and if they are having trouble we are gonna give them some motivation to keep up.

Speaking strictly from a Navy background, I'd much rather have an overweight Sailor who can carry a P-100 pump anywhere it's needed than someone who can't even lift the pump off the deck.
