What did the recruiter say? That would be my first stop. They will know all of the hurdles and hoops

I was going to say the same. CPT (Join to see) I'd probably start here. https://www.navy.com/local

Yep. What's the process? Talk to a Navy recruiter.

Talk to a Navy Recruiting Officer.

OFFICER TRAINING
If you served as in Officer in any other service branch (OSVET) or served in an Enlisted role (NAVET or OSVET) but now meet the requirements to become an Officer, you may also apply through the Direct Commission Officer Program. However, you will have to complete the 12-day Direct Commission Officer (DCO) Course in Newport, RI.

Thank you for the comments gentlemen. It has been difficult getting the details from my local office. They just turned me around due to my gpa. Didn’t even find out the process nor get to talk to the Lieutenant in charge. I’ll keep at it though. Thank you again gentlemen.
