Actually, women leaders in the military is not a new phenomenon at all. Women in combat roles and Special Operations is a fresh threshold the Armed Forces is achieving. However, discrimination in the military needs to be washed out for good.

Women in the military is a good thing, just like having many more women in all careers. Diversity makes everything better. There is no equality until we treat each other equally. And yes, it's time for a female President I hope to live long enough to see that.
