Capt. Mullaney, Thank you for sharing your time with us on RallyPoint. There’s a lot of talking about our Nation’s strategic plan when it comes down to Nuclear power and who will use it. I can tell you seeing this destruction with my own eyes while stationed in Japan has taught me a great lesson and listening to our Atomic War Veterans who were involved with our nuclear program from the beginning on what they had to go through kid unbelievable. With your professional expertise and background what do you see and how can we prevent such a nuclear havoc to begin with? Again, I appreciate when someone like yourself willing to get on board a Veterans website and discuss these types of issues. Semper Fidelis Capt. Mullaney.
Background. I noticed you are a member of the graduating class of 2000 from USMA, West Point. I graduated with the class of 1980 from USMA, West point.
I have been part of Facebook for a long time, LinkedIn for less and Together We Served and RallyPoint for about 3 years. I have lived in Sterling, Virginia for many years. My sons are all adult now. One served with 3/75 Ranger Battalion for several years as an infantryman.
1. What advice would you give to any transitioning service member or veteran interested in getting employed by a social network such as Facebook or LinkedIn?
2. How do you counsel your children about time spent on social networking, posting, permanence of posts, videos, pictures, etc.?
