Watch VA’s free, recorded “Protecting the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act Benefits from Identity Theft Scammers” webinar to learn valuable tips to protect your VA benefits and financial well-being.
Veterans are prime targets of scams and identify theft, so VA’s Privacy Service hosted the webinar to help you understand how to safeguard your Veterans benefits and other finances from scammers. If you missed the webinar live in February, you can watch it now for free at https://rly.pt/PACTActScamVideo. No login required. Plus, there’s a free resource guide with more helpful advice you can download from the event page.
Three primary take-aways from the webinar include:
• Apply as soon as you can for PACT Act benefits going to https://rly.pt/PACTACTExtension or calling 1-800-MYVA411.
• Watch out for illegitimate businesses offering PACT Act claim filing services in exchange for excessive fees or a percentage of the Veteran’s benefit.
• Learn how to have good financial hygiene. A first step is to visit https://rly.pt/AnnualCreditReport to get your free credit reports.
Veterans can also visit https://rly.pt/VAPrivacy for additional information about protecting the privacy of you and your families.

SGT read up it. There is a high number if vets getting denied. There are other toxic exposer not in the law
And the Navy doing Nothing. i was on a Aircraft Carrier for 4 years 2 carriers. The Navy making a big deal over 2 carriers having jet fuel in the clean drinking water last Couple of years. When I was on Carriers that was a everyday world. It was in out showers and drinking water. It times it gets so bad that it burned your eyes in the showers. You could smell it in the bathroom(head). I was in Midway 1979-1981- Saratoga 1985. We were told it was safe. You could see the jet fuel on top if the drinking water in a cup. But it is not part if the Pact act

vA has done no research of the effects of that. But the Nimizt and the Boxer exposer they said some sailor got sick. This was exposer for a week. We
Had it everyday. We did mot have bottle
Water to drink.
