America now faces a momentous decision. Almost a decade of irresponsible defense cuts has slashed the number of combat personnel, seriously degraded their combat readiness, and shrunk the size of our military below any reasonable standard. If America continues to lead from behind, we will lose the ability to guarantee our safety at home and abroad.
Our all-volunteer force deserves better. They deserve a leader who will provide them with the finest weapons systems and the best training. They deserve the full and unapologetic support of their Commander-in-Chief, not a minimal commitment and overly restrictive Rules of Engagement.
Furthermore, Americans make up the finest military professionals and veterans in the world, and they deserve an investment in their careers, their health, and their families. We must honor of our military members, families, and veterans by ensuring they receive the respect and care they have earned.
Under focused, new leadership, America can, and will, rebuild our military and take care of our veterans.

Senator Cruz thank you for engaging with both veterans and service members here at RP.
My question is what is what do you plan to do in regards to our country's relationship with Israel? The bond between our two countries has been very strained due to this current administration whether real or perceived. Israel is our greatest Ally in the ME, and despite the current perception the relationship we have is mutually beneficial in many regards. With the continual rise in antisemestism in Europe and the tension between President Obama and PM Netenyahu; how would you repair the relationship with the PM and CIC? Thank you Senator for your time.

My question for you is as follows, if elected President how will you provide more strict oversight of the Veterans Affairs department and will you overhaul the current system and will you hold appointed officials accountable for the substandard practices and support that our Veterans have received for decades?

Sen Cruz....you have said you are against allowing the refugees from the terrorist countries into Texas yet they are here without "vetting"........what will you do to prevent terroristic attacks from happening like over in the European countries? Would you continue to let them into the US or would you block any further entry?

You seem to be running a sleazy campaign. We are tired of sleaze in the White House. It is obvious you will say or do anything to get elected. Leadership starts at the top, and you don't seem to be much of a leader. Why should we trust you?

Senator Cruz, Trump has come a very long way this election year, and could possibly win the Republican nomination. Last time there was Romney, and before that McCain w/ Pailin. Do you think the Republican party is purposefully setting itself up? And if you do win the nomination, how strongly do you feel you can compete against H. Clinton?

I think we need to get a strict Constitutionalist in the Oval Office. This election is too important for the whole Bill of Rights and how we govern America. We need someone who can clearly articulate and defend the founding documents of this great nation. America is exceptional and it is because it is truly a nation "Of the People, By the People, and For the People" as Lincoln so eloquently put it. It is the principles and ideals that encompassed in our founding documents coupled with true capitalism which is the foundation of that greatness and exceptionalism. Right now we are a divided county because we have liberal progressives who do not see America as great or exceptional. Right now they are trying to remake America into some sort of Socialistic/Communistic Utopia. At some point my compatriots you will have to make a stand. Given the last seven years, I am not happy in what is happening to the America I serve for almost 40 years and continue to serve as a DAC supporting our Active and Reserve Soldiers.
