America now faces a momentous decision. Almost a decade of irresponsible defense cuts has slashed the number of combat personnel, seriously degraded their combat readiness, and shrunk the size of our military below any reasonable standard. If America continues to lead from behind, we will lose the ability to guarantee our safety at home and abroad.
Our all-volunteer force deserves better. They deserve a leader who will provide them with the finest weapons systems and the best training. They deserve the full and unapologetic support of their Commander-in-Chief, not a minimal commitment and overly restrictive Rules of Engagement.
Furthermore, Americans make up the finest military professionals and veterans in the world, and they deserve an investment in their careers, their health, and their families. We must honor of our military members, families, and veterans by ensuring they receive the respect and care they have earned.
Under focused, new leadership, America can, and will, rebuild our military and take care of our veterans.

How do you face yourself in the mirror after Trump disrespected your family and you took a knee and kissed the ring? Is power more important to you than your loved ones? Your Cancun getaway should show constituents where your priorities lie - somewhere below staying in office and preserving the Honor of your family. Pretty far down the trough.

Well, you blew a lot of foul smoke in your above statement. Most of it nothing but propaganda. As I see it, Trump only tried to give us a civil war. Now my question to you is: Should the people who, by word and deed that participated in the insurrection of Jan 6th be tried for TREASON?? I am a soldier, I want a Yes or NO answer without any political BS!!! You either think the people who tried to overthrow our legal government should be tried for treason or that they should be given a pass. I bet you either don't respond to this or you blow smoke and babble without doing what I asked.

Have you considered the Lt. Governor of Kentucky for VP? She is an African American Woman and a veteran and a Tea Party candidate. I know you will do your due diligence but I thought I might suggest it. It might garner some free media coverage as the world considers this little known newcomer as your VP.
