Cynthia Croft - Cursory research reveals that the ideas of a coffee-flavored honey or honey-flavored coffee aren't original but rare. What I'm really suggesting is a novelty of consumption for a healthier, naturally-sweetened cup of coffee at current cost margins, and potentially capturing a niche market.
