Hi I have been trying to get a job with the VA for years. I have been going to USAJOBS.gov and I always fill all the forms but never hear back. Do they not want disabled vets working there? I'd like to work there to support fellow veterans

This is a question for whom ever feels compelled to answer.
I’m a parent to a special needs 13 year old. My question is what is the best way to go about explaining to an employer that I interview with that I can only work certain times due to having to be at the house to take care of him when my wife is at work? Or that I need to work while he is in school?
