Can someone assist me looking into a 12A Direct Commission (DC) in the Reserve, and any other DC opportunities?
I found this Army Talent Link (https://talent.army.mil/job/engineer-officer/) and I qualify, however, there is no other information on how to apply for the next board, and when I click "Email Questions Here" it provides an email that gets kicked back every time.
I have 2 Masters: Urban Planning and MBA with a collective experience of 6 years in the field between a mixture of the two. I am currently a SGT in Civil Affairs and have also applied to 38G program. I have Airborne, Air Assault, Expert Soldier Badge, and pursuing Jumpmaster.
I am eager to DC and would love some assistance from any leaders out there that can assist me in my journey.
Thank you for your time

I looked at the email address they have on the direct commission website and the domain of the one listed (@armyeitaas.mail.onmicrosoft.us) shouldn't be there.
The army.mil domain should still work ( [login to see] ) as the principle redirect will go to the new Army 365 address if it was migrated (and even if it wasn't).

The new domain did the trick. Thank you so much for looking into my email problem!

Most RRC's should have someone who handles these packets and provides help to those filling out and requesting plus getting LOR's

You need to find a retention NCO to help you get boarded.
