How long does direct commission paperwork stay with the Health Services Division (HSD) before it goes to HRC to publish orders?

This question is mainly for AMEDD Recruiters, and/or HSD or HRC personnel. I recently found out that my direct commission paperwork finally reached the Health Services Division level. How much long after that does it typically reach the HRC assignments officer so active duty orders can be generated?
