I'm an E-5 in the reserves graduating college with a degree in Psychology, and plan on becoming an officer. What are my first priorities?

Sgt Hill, what is your GPA? What is your GT score? I think OCS would be the correct route for now. As far as AMEDD goes if you are going that route in your current degree and are considering becoming a psychologist you will need to be in your doctoral program already. Hope this helps. SGT (Join to see) You need to talk to your local 79V Army Reserve Career Counselor. Tell them you want to become an officer and would like to see the OANCO, Officer Accessions NCO, They are the one that will assist you in making sure your packet is squared away for the next board. If you do not have contact with a Career Counselor send me a PM with your unit and location and I can look it up the name and number of the Career Counselor assigned to you unit when I get back in the office next week.

SGT I would look at OCS it is pretty fast not real comfortable but a good learning experience, I am an OCS grad.
