This is going to be a very heated trial. Saw something on this a short time ago on TV, a lot of unanswered questions and strange circumstances revolving around this case.

I think so too. It's very difficult to convict a police officer even when the facts are egregious. Here there is going to be way too much doubt for a conviction, in my opinion.
